{"id":2043776,"date":"2012-10-04T08:34:12","date_gmt":"2012-10-04T08:34:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/romfilatelia.ro\/romagazin\/en\/product\/20-years-since-the-conclusion-of-the-romanian-german-friendship-treaty-20-jahriges-jubilaum-des-abschlusses-des-deutsch-rumanischen-freundschaftsvertrages\/"},"modified":"2021-03-12T08:26:22","modified_gmt":"2021-03-12T08:26:22","slug":"20-years-since-the-conclusion-of-the-romanian-german-friendship-treaty-20-jahriges-jubilaum-des-abschlusses-des-deutsch-rumanischen-freundschaftsvertrages","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/magazin.romfilatelia.ro\/en\/product\/20-years-since-the-conclusion-of-the-romanian-german-friendship-treaty-20-jahriges-jubilaum-des-abschlusses-des-deutsch-rumanischen-freundschaftsvertrages\/","title":{"rendered":"20 Years Since The Conclusion Of The Romanian-German Friendship Treaty \/ 20-J\u00c4HRIGES JUBIL\u00c4UM DES ABSCHLUSSES DES DEUTSCH-RUM\u00c4NISCHEN FREUNDSCHAFTSVERTRAGES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/romfilatelia.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/20_Rom_Ger_M.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-2003186 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/romfilatelia.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/20_Rom_Ger_M-212x300.jpg\" alt=\"20_Rom_Ger_M\" width=\"212\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Im Jahr 1872, 6 Jahre nachdem F\u00fcrst Carol I von Hohenzollern den Thron des F\u00fcrstentums Rum\u00e4nien bestiegen hat, wurde in Berlin dieerste diplomatische Vertretung von Rum\u00e4nien unter der Leitung von Theodor Rosetti er\u00f6ffnet.<\/p>\n<p>In 1872, after 6 years since the enthronement of Carol I of Hohenzollern on the throne of the Romanian Principalities, they opened in Berlin the first Romanian Diplomatic Agency managed by Theodor Rosetti.<br \/>\nThe official diplomatic relationships between Romania and Germany were established in 1880 after the acknowledgment of our country\u2019s Independence at the Berlin Congress.<br \/>\nAfter decades in which the history of Europe was marked by numerous diplomatic and military conflicts, in 1967 Romania set up diplomatic relationships at embassy level with the Federal Republic of Germany.<br \/>\nIn 1992, in the context of operation of the new democratic institutions, they signed the <em>Treaty between Romania and the Federal Republic of Germany on friendly cooperation and partnership in Europe<\/em>.<br \/>\nAfter the signing of this Treaty, the political and commercial relationships between the two countries registered a visible ascending dynamics, Germany being the first commercial partner (both for export and import) and the third investor in Romania.<br \/>\nOne year later since the issue of the joint stamp issue Romania-Germany \u201cThe Fortified Church of Biertan\u201d, on the occasion of the two-decade anniversary since the signing of the Romanian-German Treaty, Romfilatelia is putting into circulation a postage stamps issue dedicated to this event.<br \/>\nTo choose the stamp illustration of this philatelic issue, Romfilatelia together with the German Embassy in Bucharestorganized in February this year a drawing contest on <strong>\u201cFriendship\u201d <\/strong>theme addressed to the pupils and students from all over the country.<br \/>\n1500 drawings were submitted to this contest, and after three selection stages, 19 drawings belonging to \u201c5<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 8<sup>th<\/sup> grades\u201d category, 11 drawings belonging to \u201c9<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 12<sup>th<\/sup> grades\u201d category and 4 drawings belonging to \u201cstudents\u201d category reached the finals.<br \/>\nIn May this year, they selected the winning drawing whose author is Iftichia Georgeta Stanciu from Bucharest, a 9<sup>th<\/sup> grader. The second and third places were occupied by the drawings of Gabriela Ioana and Alexandru Mihai Nenciu.<br \/>\nThe appearance of this new postage stamps issue confirms once again the good relationships, which have already become a tradition, established between Romfilatelia and the German partner in the field of philately.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Im Jahr 1872, 6 Jahre nachdem F\u00fcrst Carol I von Hohenzollern den Thron des F\u00fcrstentums Rum\u00e4nien bestiegen hat, wurde in Berlin dieerste diplomatische Vertretung von Rum\u00e4nien unter der Leitung von Theodor Rosetti er\u00f6ffnet.<br \/>\nDie offiziellen diplomatischen Beziehungen zwischen Rum\u00e4nien und Deutschland wurden 1880 aufgenommen, nach der Anerkennung der staatlichen Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit Rum\u00e4niens durch den Berliner Kongress.<br \/>\nNach Jahrzehnten zahlreicher diplomatischer und milit\u00e4rischer Konflikte, hat Rum\u00e4nien 1967 diplomatische Beziehungen auf Botschaftsebene mit der Bundesrepublik Deutschland aufgenommen.<br \/>\nIm Lichte einer funktionierenden jungen Demokratie, wurde 1992 der <strong><em>Vertrag zwischender Bundesrepublik Deutschland und Rum\u00e4nien \u00fcber freundschaftliche Beziehungen undPartnerschaft in Europa unterzeichnet<\/em><\/strong>.<br \/>\nDie politischen und Handelsbeziehungen beider L\u00e4nder haben nach der Unterzeichnung dieses Vertrages eine sichtliche Wachstumsdynamik verzeichnet. Deutschland ist Rum\u00e4niens Handelspartner Nummer 1 (sowohl im Import, als auch im Export) und drittgr\u00f6\u00dfter Investor in Rum\u00e4nien.<br \/>\nEin Jahr nach der Herausgabe der deutsch-rum\u00e4nischen Gemeinschaftsbriefmarke \u201eKirchenburg Birth\u00e4lm\u201c, ver\u00f6ffentlicht <strong>Romfilatelia<\/strong> anl\u00e4sslich des 20-j\u00e4hrigen Jubil\u00e4umsdes Abschlusses des deutsch-rum\u00e4nischen Freundschaftsvertrages eine Briefmarke.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Auswahl des Motivs der Briefmarke, haben <strong>Romfilatelia<\/strong> und <strong>die Botschaft der Bundesrepublik Deutschland in Bukarest<\/strong> im Februar einen Mal- und Zeichenwettbewerb f\u00fcr Sch\u00fcler und Studenten aus ganz Rum\u00e4nien mit dem Thema <strong><em>\u201eFreundschaft\u201d<\/em><\/strong> ausgeschrieben.<br \/>\nVon den insgesamt 1500 Einsendungen wurden, nach drei Auswahlrunden, 19 Zeichnungen der Altersgruppe \u201eKlassen 5-8\u201d, 11 Zeichnungen der Altersgruppe \u201eKlassen 9-12\u201d und 4 der Altersgruppe \u201eStudenten\u201d ausgew\u00e4hlt.<br \/>\nDas Gewinnermotiv, eine Zeichnung der Sch\u00fclerin <strong>Iftichia Georgeta Stanciu<\/strong>, 9. Klasse, wurde im Mai d.J. ausgew\u00e4hlt.
